Job summary

Delek US Holdings is seeking a PMO Project Engineering Director to provide engineering leadership and technical accountability for major DKL projects from concept development through commissioning. The role sets technical direction and scope, ensures quality deliverables, coordinates with engineering, drives capital efficiency, and supports long-term planning efforts.

Requires 10+ years in midstream and 15+ years in related fields, with a Bachelor's degree. No licensure required.

Responsibilities

• Lead project engineering for all major DKL projects (crude and gas).
• Authorize technical scope decisions for major projects; final designs approved by DKL.
• Participate in Concept Development / FEL-1/2; set direction on technical/scope items with DKL Engineering and PMO.
• Stay with the projects as technical lead through all phases of procurement, construction and project management – responsible for assurance on technical deliverables.
• Runs all interference with DKL Engineering on assigned projects through the full project life cycle (early phase through commissioning).
• Keeps capital efficiency savings log on all major projects.
• Provides PMO presence and input to DKL Long Term Planning efforts as assigned.

Education And Experience

• 4 year / Bachelor's Degree (Required)
• In lieu of the above education requirements, an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
• Ten (10) or more years Experience in the midstream space (Required)
• Fifteen (15) or more years Experience in a related field (Required)
• No Licensure or Certification Required.
