The ideal candidate has a decade of experience guiding major IT deployments, strong program governance, and proven ability to recover troubled projects while maintaining executive communication with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum 10 years leading large-scale IT deployments, with ERP implementation focus.
• Minimum 5 years turning around troubled/high-risk projects with strong executive communication.
• Experience with ISO-9000, CMMI, or Six Sigma quality frameworks.
• Experience managing third‑party vendors, integrators, and buyers, including contracts and escalation.

Cintas is seeking aPMO Program Manager who will be responsible for leading and delivering complex, multi-project programs that align with strategic business objectives.

Skills/Qualifications

Required:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum 10 years of experience leading and managing large‑scale Information Technology deployments, with a strong emphasis on Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) implementation programs.
• Minimum 5 years of experience successfully recovering, stabilizing, or turning around troubled or high‑risk projects, demonstrating strong assessment, remediation, and executive‑communication skills.
• QualityImprovement experience with recognized frameworks such as ISO‑9000, CMMI, or Six Sigma.
• Experience collaborating with and managing relationships with third‑party vendors, integrators, and buyers, including contract oversight, performance management, and escalation handling.
• Demonstrated experience leading large, cross‑functional project teams across complex, multi‑stakeholder environments.
• Proven success in introducing, implementing, and standardizing Project Management processes, methodologies, and governance frameworks to improve delivery consistency and organizational maturity.
• Experience providing dotted‑line leadership, including coaching, mentoring, career development guidance, and performance management
