Job summary

Moog is seeking a PMO Manager to lead the Modernization Program Office for a large-scale ERP modernization initiative in Buffalo, NY. This onsite role reports to the GVP of Finance and focuses on establishing governance, standardizing planning, and delivering disciplined program execution across multiple ERP workstreams.

You will partner with business leaders, IT, system integrators, and Change Management to ensure compliance, timely delivery, and transparent executive dashboards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related discipline; 8+ years in program management within large ERP environments.
• 3+ years leading a PMO for complex, multi-workstream ERP programs.
• Proven experience in full-cycle ERP implementations (Prepare, Explore, Realize, Deploy, Hypercare).

This role ensures disciplined program execution through standardized planning, reporting, financial management, risk governance, and delivery controls across all ERP workstreams and projects.The PMO Manager acts as the backbone of the Modernization program, enabling transparency, predictability, and executive decision-making.
