Job summary

Medical Informatics Engineering, Inc. is seeking a seasoned Project Manager/PMO Lead to guide a team of project managers across multiple software/SaaS initiatives in healthcare IT.

You will ensure delivery against timelines, scope, and budgets while upholding PM standards and governance. You will partner with executives and stakeholders, shape project scoping and budgeting, and drive scalable processes to improve delivery efficiency.

Qualifications

• 5-8+ years of software/SaaS project management experience.
• 2+ years of people leadership or team management experience.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent, cross-functional projects.
• Pre-sales scoping, budgeting, and timeline planning.
• Experience working with executive-level stakeholders.
• Proficiency with PM tools like Smartsheet and Google Suite.
• Ability to travel up to 20%.
