Travel: Up to 20% (Domestic + International)

At Harpak-ULMA Packaging, we’re searching for a dynamic Project Management Team Leader to guide a team of 6–9 high-performing Project Managers. You’ll oversee capital packaging equipment projects from initial concept through full-scale installation across North America—and sometimes, the world.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead with purpose: Build, coach, and scale our Project Management Team.
• Manage the full project life-cycle: From design to delivery, including specs, procurement, integration, budgets, and timelines.
• Bridge teams across cultures: Communicate with customers, suppliers, and colleagues in North America and Europe.
• Drive quality: Ensure compliance with specs, conduct inspections, testing, and oversee site installations.
• Build structure: Create and refine PM playbooks, workflows, templates, and risk mitigation strategies.
• ️ Go global: Visit client sites, train in Spain and Italy, and deepen expertise in ULMA and Mondini technologies.
  
  

We’re Looking for Someone Who:

• Brings 5+ years of Project Management experience in capital equipment or industrial settings.
• Has a degree in Engineering (Mechanical or Controls preferred).
• Is a strong, strategic leader who thrives on team development.
• Has experience working with international teams or European companies (bonus points if you've worked with Spain or Italy!).
• Is tech-savvy with strong skills in AutoCAD/SolidWorks, MS Office, and project management tools.
• Holds (or can get) a valid passport and driver's license. PMP certification is a plus!
