Job Summary

This role will play a pivotal part in aligning project execution with Momentec’s strategic objectives across technology, manufacturing, and business operations. The PMO Manager will be responsible for establishing project governance frameworks, overseeing a portfolio of IT and business initiatives, and ensuring delivery excellence through best-in-class project management practice.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and implement standardized project management methodologies, tools, templates, and reporting processes to ensure consistency and transparency.
• Manage the full project lifecycle from initiation to closure, including planning, execution, monitoring, and evaluation.
• Ensure alignment of project objectives with business and manufacturing goals by working closely with the Sr. Director of Business & Manufacturing and key stakeholders.
• Monitor project performance using KPIs and provide regular updates to senior leadership.
• Collaborate with IT, product development, manufacturing, supply chain, and other departments to ensure seamless project integration.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, ensuring timely resolutions.
• Lead portfolio prioritization and resource allocation based on strategic business needs and capacity planning.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, agility, and accountability within the project teams.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, quality, and internal audit requirements relevant to the apparel manufacturing sector.

SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS/EDUCATION/LICENSES & CERTIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field; PMP certification or equivalent required.
• 7+ years of project management experience, with at least 3 years in a PMO leadership role, preferably in manufacturing or consumer goods.
• Proven track record of managing complex, cross-functional projects within fast-paced environments.
• Strong understanding of IT systems, manufacturing workflows, and supply chain operations.
• Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Jira, or equivalent).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with both agile and waterfall methodologies.
• Ability to drive organizational change and influence across multiple levels.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

• Ability to sit for extended periods of time (up to 8 hours).
• Ability to stand and walk regularly.
• Occasionally, be able to lift/carry, push/pull up to 30 lbs.
• Frequent head and neck rotation.
• Frequent handling, grasping, and writing as needed for daily tasks at a standard computer workstation.
• Ability to constantly use a computer keyboard/mouse/monitor to enter data (repetitively).
• Ability to endure occasional movement bending, stooping, and reaching above shoulder level as needed for daily tasks.
• Occasionally climb stairs to multi-level work site.

WORK ENVIRONMENT

This position is primarily remote; however, occasional travel to a company office or other business location may be required based on business needs.

WORK HOURS

This position is typically full-time and scheduled Monday through Friday, 8:00AM-5:00PM; however, work hours may vary based on business and operational needs.
