Job summary

GAF is seeking a PMO Analyst to support the Transformation Office, driving standardized tracking, dashboards, risk/issue identification, and milestone monitoring across strategic imperatives. This role ensures clear reporting visibility for leadership and maintains governance across the enterprise portfolio.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years in PMO or related fields, strong data skills, and a collaborative mindset to thrive in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Information Systems, or related field required.
• Master's degree preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in project management, PMO operations, management consulting, or corporate transformation.
• Project Management: Strong knowledge of PMO methodologies, milestone tracking, and risk management.
• Analytical & Data Skills: Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Canva, Gemini) and advanced Excel/Google Sheets.
• Communication & Collaboration: Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to synthesize complex project data into concise executive summaries.
• Adaptability: High comfort level working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with evolving priorities.
• CAPM, PMP, or Agile certification preferred.

• Portfolio Tracking & Reporting: Maintain central dashboards and status trackers across the 8 Strategic Imperatives and transformation initiatives.
• Governance Support: Facilitate regular imperative progress reviews, collect milestone updates, and ensure accurate RAG status reporting working closely with imperative leads to ensure required information is accurate and available for comms/ reporting
• Data & Analytics: Analyze project performance data, detect trends, identify dependencies, and flag potential roadblocks for proactive escalation.
• Process Standardization: Promote and support consistent project management frameworks, templates, and reporting tools across initiative teams.
• Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with initiative leads, functional teams, and transformation stakeholders to gather operational inputs and maintain alignment.

Job Summary

The PMO Analyst plays an integral role in supporting the GAF Transformation Office (TO) imperative management function. This role is responsible for driving standardized tracking, dashboard creation, risk/issue identification, and milestone monitoring across GAF's Strategic Imperatives and transformation initiatives. The PMO Analyst ensures clear reporting visibility for leadership and helps maintain single-source-of-truth governance across the enterprise portfolio. This role will look across all major strategic imperatives and projects to help identify, elevate, problem solve, and avoid execution barriers within GAF's most essential efforts.

Essential Duties

• Process Standardization: Promote and support consistent project management frameworks, templates, and reporting tools across initiative teams.

Base salary and/or rate of pay ranges listed are exclusive of fringe benefits and potential bonuses. Individual compensation offers will be determined based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to geographic location, relevant candidate experience and skill, education, and/or qualifications.

Base Salary Range: $72,000-$99,000
