Job summary

GAF Materials Corp. is seeking a PMO Analyst to drive standardized tracking, dashboards, risk identification, and milestone monitoring across major transformation initiatives. You will ensure leadership has clear visibility and governance remains cohesive across the enterprise portfolio.

The role focuses on coordinating with initiative leads and functional teams to deliver timely insights, maintain governance, and support continuous improvement of PMO processes in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in business, operations, information systems, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in PMO, operations, management consulting, or transformation.
• Strong knowledge of PMO methodologies, milestone tracking, and risk management.
• Analytical with data visualization and executive summary experience.

And under this roof, we protect what matters most.**Job Summary** The PMO Analyst plays an integral role in supporting the GAF Transformation Office (TO) imperative management function. This role is responsible for driving standardized tracking, dashboard creation, risk/issue identification, and milestone monitoring across GAF's Strategic Imperatives and transformation initiatives. The PMO Analyst ensures clear reporting visibility for leadership and helps maintain single-source-of-truth governance across the enterprise portfolio. This role will look across all major strategic imperatives and projects to help identify, escalate, problem solve, and avoid execution barriers within GAF's most essential efforts. **Essential Duties*** Portfolio Tracking & Reporting: Maintain central dashboards and status trackers across the 8 Strategic Imperatives and transformation initiatives.* Governance Support: Facilitate regular imperative progress reviews, collect milestone updates, and ensure accurate RAG (Red/Amber/Green) status reporting working closely with imperative leads to ensure required information is accurate and available for comms/ reporting* Data & Analytics: Analyze project performance data, detect trends, identify dependencies, and flag potential roadblocks for proactive escalation.* Process Standardization: Promote and support consistent project management frameworks, templates, and reporting tools across initiative teams.* Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with initiative leads, functional teams, and transformation stakeholders to gather operational inputs and maintain alignment.**Qualifications Required*** Bachelor’s Degree Business, Operations, Information Systems, or related field required* Master’s degree preferred* 3+ years of experience in project management, PMO operations, management consulting, or corporate transformation.* Project Management: Strong knowledge of PMO methodologies, milestone tracking, and risk management.* Analytical & Data Skills: Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Canva, Gemini) and advanced Excel/Google Sheets.* Communication & Collaboration: Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to synthesize complex project data into concise executive summaries.* Adaptability: High comfort level working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with evolving priorities.**Qualifications Preferred*** Analytical mindset with the ability to assess change impacts and develop data-driven strategies.* CAPM, PMP, or Agile certification preferred.Base salary and/or rate of pay ranges listed are exclusive of fringe benefits and potential bonuses.
