ERC Pathlight in Colorado is hiring a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner to deliver high-quality psychiatric care under physician supervision. You will evaluate patients, develop care plans, order medications within regulatory limits, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to improve patient outcomes.

This 1.0 FTE, on-site role requires BSN and MSN, NP certification with PMHNP specialization, and willingness to travel up to 25%.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of nursing principles and clinical implementation.
• Skill in applying clinical psychiatric service practices.
• Ability to exercise initiative and judgment in selecting proper treatment.
• Ability to respond appropriately in emergency situations.
• Ability to prepare accurate reports and documentation.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates and monitors the psychiatric condition of patients in collaboration with physicians.
• Determines and assesses health status of patients by reviewing records and histories.
• Develops patient care plan and treatment based on assessments.
• Orders medications within regulatory limits and coordinates with care team.
• Maintains charts and case files with timely documentation.
