Job summary

ERC Pathlight in Colorado seeks a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner to deliver psychiatric care under physician supervision. You will work with a multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality, cost-effective care across our programs and facilities.

Requirements include BSN and MSN,NP certification with psychiatric specialization, and active APRN licensure. The role includes on-call duties with weekend coverage and compensation in the $120k-$150k range reflecting Colorado market norms.

Qualifications

• BSN and MSN are required.
• Certification as a Nurse Practitioner with psychiatric specialization is required.
• Experience in psychiatric patient care and hospital settings is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates and monitors the psychiatric condition of patients in collaboration with physicians and other care providers.
• Documents thoroughly and maintains accurate charts and records.
• Orders medications within regulatory limits and coordinates care with the team.
• Participates in on-call rotations and multidisciplinary collaboration to improve patient outcomes.
