Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and patient assessments remotely
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients with mental health conditions
- Provide medication management and education to patients in collaboration with their treatment teams
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary based on clinical judgement
- Document patient care accurately and timely in electronic health records (EHR)
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to optimize patient care
- Educate patients and families about mental health conditions, treatment options, and community resources
- Current and active Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) certification
- Registered Nurse (RN) state licensure and compliance with local and national regulations
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience working in psychiatric mental health
- Strong understanding of telehealth technologies and remote patient care practices
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting
