Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and patient assessments remotely
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients with mental health conditions
• Provide medication management and education to patients in collaboration with their treatment teams
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary based on clinical judgement
• Document patient care accurately and timely in electronic health records (EHR)
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to optimize patient care
• Educate patients and families about mental health conditions, treatment options, and community resources

Requirements

• Current and active Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) certification
• Registered Nurse (RN) state licensure and compliance with local and national regulations
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience working in psychiatric mental health
• Strong understanding of telehealth technologies and remote patient care practices
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting
