Qualifications
- Active PMHNP license in NY
- Active NY DEA license
- Active NPI number
- 2+ years of medication management experience with children, adolescents, and/or adults
- Experience in direct clinical care
- Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
- Interest in a collaborative team environment
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality, evidence-based care
- Work with adults, young adults, and/or children
- Support patients in crisis with appropriate interventions
- Complete timely, accurate documentation
