Grow Therapy is seeking board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioners who want to deepen their clinical impact while building a practice that feels sustainable, supported, and connected.

The partnership provides an all-in-one platform for credentialing, billing, and integrated EHR, with peer support and ongoing professional development. You can work in-person, via telehealth, or in a hybrid model while growing a private-pay practice.

Qualifications

• Board-certified PMHNP with at least 1 year post-certification experience.
• Licensed in California.
• Carrying professional liability insurance.
• Willing to collaborate with a physician or obtain one as required by state law.

Responsibilities

• Provide psychiatric care via in-person, telehealth, or hybrid sessions.
• Practice independently with strong clinical and professional standards.
