Job summary

Northeast Health Services, a member of Transformations Care Network, is seeking a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our collaborative team and advance mental health care.

Qualifications

• Licensed and Board Certified in the state where the clinic is located.
• Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with behavioral health experience.
• Psychiatric‑Mental Health certification (PMHNP‑BC or CAQ‑Psych) preferred.
• Experience working in outpatient settings and with clients across the lifespan preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide psychiatric assessment and ongoing psychopharmacological management.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Work as a team with mental health clinicians who provide psychotherapy services.
• Provide interventional treatments including TMS and Spravato

Skills

Licensed and board certified

Behavioral health experience

PMHNP‑BC or CAQ‑Psych (preferred)

Outpatient experience (preferred)
