Job summary

A leading mental health provider in Sugar Land is seeking a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to deliver patient-centered care in a supportive outpatient setting. The role offers a competitive base salary of $150,000 with the potential for total compensation exceeding $300,000. The ideal candidate will be Board Certified or Board Eligible and have strong clinical judgment. The organization values a collaborative practice environment with no after-hours calls required.

Qualifications

• Board Certified or Board Eligible as a PMHNP.
• Active state license or willingness to obtain it.
• Unencumbered DEA license required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations.
• Develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans.
• Prescribe and manage psychotropic medications.
• Provide Deep TMS and ketamine therapy onsite.
