A mental health outpatient provider in Gilbert, Arizona, is seeking a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) for a full-time role. The position offers a competitive base salary of $150,000 with total compensation potential exceeding $300,000. Qualifications

• Board Certified or Board Eligible as a PMHNP.
• Active state license or willingness to obtain.
• Unencumbered DEA license.
• Clean background.
• U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder.
• Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and patient-centered approach.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations.
• Develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans.
• Prescribe and manage psychotropic medications.
• Provide Deep TMS and ketamine therapy onsite.
• Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care.
• Optional involvement in clinical research and innovation.
