Job summary

Serenity Healthcare in Texas is seeking a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) for a full-time, outpatient role. Enjoy no-call duties, a favorable 3-13 hour shift schedule, and strong clinical support in an expanding physician-owned practice.

You will work with Brainsway Deep TMS and IV ketamine therapies, earn a $150,000 base with incentives toward $300k+ total compensation, and receive comprehensive benefits, generous PTO, and paid holidays.

Qualifications

• Board Certified or Board Eligible as a PMHNP.
• Active state medical license or willingness to obtain.
• Unencumbered DEA license.
• Clean background.
• U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outpatient PMHNP services in a no-call setting.
• Collaborate with a physician-led team in a multi-state practice.
• Participate in ongoing training in Brainsway Deep TMS and IV ketamine therapy.
• Provide patient care with a focus on outcomes.
