Job summary

Serenity Healthcare is seeking a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) for a full-time outpatient position. The role offers a $150,000 base salary with incentives in a physician-owned group operating across multiple states and locations.

Flexible schedule with three 13-hour shifts per week, strong clinical and administrative support, comprehensive benefits, 22 PTO days and 11 paid holidays. Opportunities to train in Brainsway Deep TMS and IV ketamine therapy are highlighted.

Qualifications

• Board Certified or Board Eligible as a PMHNP.
• Active state medical license or willingness to obtain.
• Unencumbered DEA license.
• Clean background.
• U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder.

Responsibilities

• Provide psychiatric care in an outpatient setting for PMHNP patients.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes.
