A mental health service provider in Texas is seeking a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to join their team. This full-time role offers a competitive salary starting at $150,000, with realistic total compensation exceeding $300,000. Qualifications

• Board Certified or Board Eligible as a PMHNP.
• Active state license or willingness to obtain.
• Unencumbered DEA license.
• Clean background.
• U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder.
• Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and patient-centered approach.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.

Responsabilités

• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations.
• Develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans.
• Prescribe and manage psychotropic medications.
• Provide Deep TMS and ketamine therapy onsite.
