Job summary

CommonSpirit Health in Council Bluffs, IA is seeking a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner to join our outpatient Psychiatric Associates team. You will provide adult and adolescent mental health evaluations and treatment, with a schedule Monday-Friday 8am-5pm and some weekend inpatient rotation.

Qualifications

• Must be certified by the ANCC or AANP as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner.
• Ability to work with both adult and adolescent populations.
• Active or eligible to obtain an unrestricted license in Nebraska and Iowa.
• DEA in good standing with no restrictions in Nebraska and Iowa.
• BLS

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient psychiatric evaluations and treatment for adults and adolescents.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other members of the care team.
• Participate in weekend inpatient rounding and a team-based care model.
