Alium Health, LLC in Scottsdale, AZ is seeking a Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner to join our outpatient mental health team. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, diagnose, prescribe psychotropic medications, and deliver therapy within a collaborative care model with psychiatrists, psychologists, and care coordinators.

• Master’s or Doctorate in Nursing with PMHNP focus.
• ANCC PMHNP certification required.
• Current RN and NP licenses in the state of practice.
• NPI number and CAQH account.
• Federal DEA license in good standing.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct psychiatric evaluations and diagnoses.
• Prescribe and manage psychotropic medications per guidelines.
• Provide CBT and other psychotherapeutic interventions.
• Develop individualized care plans with patients and families.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, social workers and other healthcare professionals.
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure HIPAA compliance.
