Qualifications

• PMHNP board-certified with active Ohio license is required.
• Experience providing psychiatric care is required.
• Strong communication, organization, problem-solving, and leadership skills are essential.
• Ability to work from Cincinnati-area offices and travel to other locations as needed.
• Healthcare management or practice operations leadership experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Clinical Care: provide psychiatric evaluation and medication management; maintain a manageable caseload; collaborate with medical director to ensure continuity of care and clinical excellence; promote patient-centered experience.
• Practice Operations & Leadership: oversee day-to-day clinic operations; implement workflow improvements; partner with leadership on staffing, scheduling, and patient flow; lead administrative team and monitor KPIs; serve as clinical and operational resource; evaluate systems and services to support growth.
• Quality & Patient Experience: support HIPAA/OSHA compliance; maintain safety, quality, and accountability culture; escalate patient concerns and identify trends to improve experience.
