Job summary

Mindfully Behavioral Health in Cincinnati, OH is seeking a PMHNP to provide clinical care and take on practice operations leadership. You’ll continue seeing patients while shaping workflows, staffing, and provider support to grow the practice.

The role balances direct patient care with administrative leadership, offering a Monday–Friday schedule and autonomy to implement improvements with an experienced leadership team.

Qualifications

• Board-certified PMHNP with active Ohio license.
• Experience providing psychiatric care.
• Strong communication, organization and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide psychiatric evaluation and medication management for patients.
• Maintain a manageable clinical caseload while aiding practice success.
• Collaborate with medical director and clinical team to ensure continuity of care.
• Lead initiatives to improve patient experience and clinic efficiency.
• Oversee day-to-day clinic operations and staffing considerations.
• Monitor KPIs and use data to drive improvement.
