Job summary

Sophroneo Behavioral Health & TMS in Smyrna/Marietta seeks a part-time PMHNP-BC to join our growing private practice. Independent contractor with a flexible schedule and potential panel growth.

We provide furnished office space, billing and scheduling support, EHR, credentialing assistance, and access to NeuroStar TMS and SPRAVATO. Potential ownership opportunity after three years based on mutual fit.

Qualifications

• Hold a current and unrestricted Georgia RN/APRN license.
• Hold PMHNP-BC certification and prescriptive authority with DEA registration where applicable.
• Maintain professional liability insurance or be willing to obtain coverage.
• Maintain licenses, certifications, registrations required to practice in GA.
• Possess strong clinical, communication, and documentation skills.
• Outpatient psychiatric experience is preferred.
• Experience with TMS or SPRAVATO is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient psychiatric evaluations and assessments.
• Diagnosis and individualized treatment planning.
• Medication management and follow-up visits.
• Patient and family education and engagement.
• Coordinate care with therapists and primary care providers.
• Timely and accurate clinical documentation.
• Identify candidates for advanced treatments when indicated.
