0090 Presbyterian System Services seeks a Licensed Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to support esketamine treatment delivery within our Behavioral Health Program under physician oversight.

The PRN role requires a solid background in nursing and independent practice, with collaboration across a multidisciplinary team and strict adherence to protocols and REMS requirements.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in nursing required.
• Active PMHNP license required.
• Esketamine training required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain active or associate membership on PHS Medical Staff and fulfill obligations.
• Provide PMHNP clinical duties supporting esketamine treatment per protocols and REMS.
• Collaborate with supervising psychiatrist as physician of record.
• Conduct patient assessment, monitoring, post-treatment observation, and documentation.
• Escalate clinical concerns to supervising MD.
• Work with nursing and ancillary staff and participate in multidisciplinary treatment planning.
• Ensure compliance with safety, monitoring and regulatory requirements.
• Participate in quality and process improvement initiatives.
• Perform additional duties as directed.

Position Summary

Presbyterian Medical Group seeks a Licensed Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) PRN to support esketamine treatment delivery within our Behavioral Health Program under physician oversight and in accordance with approved protocols.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain active or associate membership on PHS Medical Staff in good standing and fulfill all related obligations.
• Perform professional clinical duties as a PMHNP supporting esketamine treatment per established protocols and REMS requirements.
• Collaborate closely with the supervising psychiatrist, who remains the physician of record.
• Conduct patient assessment, monitoring, post‑treatment observation, and documentation.
• Escalate all clinical concerns and deviations to the supervising MD.
• Work with nursing and ancillary staff and participate in multidisciplinary treatment planning.
• Ensure compliance with all safety, monitoring, and regulatory requirements.

• Active NM Certified Nurse Practitioner (CNP) – PMHNP license.
