Qualifications

• MSN degree from an accredited program.
• Minimum of two years APRN experience.
• Active APRN license in Arizona.
• Active multi-state RN license (compact).
• National board PMHNP certification.
• Drug test required.
• Excellent communication and student-relations skills.

Responsibilities

• Travel to a facility or site location within 60 miles of residency.
• Establish and maintain professional relationships with partnering health care organizations.
• Maintain effective communication with students, preceptors, the Office of Field Experience (OFE), and GCU Course Faculty.
• Provide additional information during contracted weeks and be available by phone and email to resolve issues.
• Encourage learner responsibility in the student field experience.
• Provide records and use Typhon for documentation and reporting to GCU Course Faculty.
• Apply and report evaluation procedures and results for program accreditation.
