BAS Healthcare, Inc. seeks a PMHNP to join an established outpatient geriatric team in Massachusetts, delivering geriatric medicine and behavioral health care for a range of conditions. The role features a Monday–Friday schedule from 8:30 a.m.

to 5 p.m., with flexible scheduling, and no on-call or weekend coverage. Responsibilities include evaluating 8–10 patients per day, with an experienced social worker handling intake before visits.

Healthcare Organization: Outpatient clinic providing both geriatric medicine consults and geriatric behavioral health care for behavioral health conditions including Anxiety disorders, Depression, Bipolar disorder, behavioral issues in Dementia, OCD, grief, Psychosis and other psychiatric disorders.

Opportunity

Opportunity: Seeking PMHNP to join established outpatient team

• Monday - Friday 8:30a-5p


• Flexible scheduling available


• No call, no weekend coverage


• 8-10 patients per day. One and a half hour of admin time daily for documentation


• One hour initial evaluations, 30-45 minute follow ups


• All patients are first seen by an experienced social worker who has done a thorough intake before being seen by a prescriber

Compensation

Compensation: $123,718 to $168,251 based on experience with benefits package including medical, dental, vision, annual CME allowance, PTO, vacation, sick days.
