Job summary

Yulista Support Services LLC in Mississippi is seeking a PMEL Quality Assurance Specialist to ensure QA protocols are fully executed and compliant with PWS and directives. The role involves QA reviews, root cause analysis, data collection for trend analysis, and collaboration with PMEL leadership to drive improvements.

Ideal candidates will have extensive PMEL/calibration experience, background clearance eligibility, and strong technical communication skills to guide technicians and document QA

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum of eight (8) years of verifiable positive US Air Force PMEL or calibration technical experience.
• Must satisfy background check criteria and be able to obtain a security clearance.
• Documentation of equipment and area discipline qualifications must be provided.
• Proven excellent quality record as a calibration technician for progression to Technician II (or equivalent).
• Experience inspecting, troubleshooting, repairing, overhauling, aligning, calibrating, and certifying TMDE is required.

Responsibilities

• Apply comprehensive QA knowledge to ensure QA protocols are fully implemented.
• Monitor overall quality processes and PMEL production for compliance with directives.
• Perform Quality Reviews and Process Reviews as directed by PMEL leadership.
• Identify trends, conduct root cause analysis, and recommend improvements.
• Prepare QMS records for submission to internal and external agencies.
• Operate PMEL QA modules and maintain QA logs and reports.
• Assist PMEL staff in troubleshooting, calibration, and certification of TMDE.
