In this newly created role, the Treasury Analyst will assist the Controller & Treasurer in many aspects of banking, reconciliation, and cash forecasting. To help determine best practices, processes and efficiencies as our company continues to grow both organically and through acquisition.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist accounting team with reconciliations and outstanding items
  • Weekly cash forecasts for multiple entities
  • Evaluate company needs to add or reduce bank accounts.
  • Assist with KYC processes
  • Assist with new cash forecasting platform implementation
  • Analyze receipts and payments for proper classification
  • Analyze bank fees and make suggestions for efficiencies
  • Loan covenant compliance
  • Monthly cash roll forwards

Qualifications (Required)

  • Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent experience in Accounting, Finance, or Treasury.
  • 1+ year of experience in Treasury management
  • Proficiency in Excel

Qualifications (Preferred)

  • NetSuite or equivalent ERP
  • HighRadius or equivalent cash forecasting tools
  • Blackline or equivalent account reconciliation tools
  • Good communication and customer service oriented

Typical wage range: $65k – $70k + discretionary bonus. Factors that could be used to determine your actual salary may include your specific skills, years of experience and comparison to current employees already in this role. The typical candidate is hired below midpoint of the range. The total compensation package for this position will also include other elements, a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits including 401(k) eligibility and paid time off benefits.
