Job summary

Penske Media Corporation in Los Angeles, CA, is seeking a Sales Operations Specialist to support the Sales Operations Senior Manager by reviewing and qualifying insertion orders for our media properties. The role requires strong organization, accuracy, and the ability to work independently.

Onsite 4 days a week with one remote day, you will handle CRM requests, training sessions, and month-end close communications, while leveraging MS Office and Salesforce to analyze data and improve workflows.

Penske Media Corporation, a leading global media and information services company, is hiring a Sales Operations Specialist to support the Sales Operations Senior Manager by reviewing and qualifying all advertising insertion orders for our media properties. The ideal candidate must be highly organized, an excellent multi-tasker, able to work independently, and detail-oriented with unfailing accuracy. A general knowledge of business concepts and workflows is essential. This position requires strong interpersonal communications skills and the ability to interact effectively with people at various levels of the organization. This is the perfect opportunity for someone getting their feet wet in the media industry or returning to the workforce.

As PMC values in-person collaboration and team cohesion, employees work onsite 4 days a week and 1 day remotely with a focus on maintaining a vibrant and inclusive culture.

Job Duties:

Job Requirements and Experience:

• Experience in print and digital media industry a plus.
• Experience with Salesforce a plus.
