Role Overview

As a PM Warehouse Operator, you will be part of the Warehouse Operations team, responsible for timely and accurate product replenishment. You will report to the Warehouse Supervisor and collaborate with Delivery and Sales teams.

Schedule and Compensation

Shift: Sunday – Thursday, starting at 3:15 pm. Work hours typically range from 8-10 hours depending on seasonality. Starting wage is $21.50/hr., with overtime eligibility for hours above 40 per week. There is a Pay for Skill program allowing earnings up to $28.75/hr. as skills are mastered.

Responsibilities

• Loading/unloading delivery vehicles, ensuring correct products and date codes.
• Checking in delivery trucks and confirming accuracy of returned products.
• Receiving, unloading, and storing inventory.
• Shipping orders, managing pallets, and ensuring proper documentation.
• Operating forklifts for loading pallets.
• Manually stacking cases, verifying pallet accuracy, and system oversight.
• Loading carts, handling kegs, and moving trucks for efficient dock operations.
• Assisting in product repackaging and maintaining a safe, clean warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED.
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds frequently and 165 pounds periodically.
• English proficiency (reading, writing, speaking).
• Ability to pass warehouse equipment certification (forklift/walkie-rider).
• Basic computer skills preferred; forklift experience a plus.
• Flexible with shift hours, especially during peak seasons.
