Responsibilities
  1. Procure all food items directly and follow standard recipes and line check sheets to properly set up and maintain your station according to daily prep sheets.
  2. Maintain a professional appearance with a positive attitude at all times.
  3. Follow daily prep lists and production schedules based on visual inventory, banquet sheets, and reservations.
  4. Collaborate with Chef/Supervisors to prepare menus and specials.
  5. Maintain high standards of quality, cost, eye appeal, and flavor.
  6. Adhere to the daily work schedule.
  7. Follow organized sanitation procedures for all kitchen areas.
  8. Work on hot line and cold line stations, including butchery, sauce, and soup production.
  9. Proficiently produce prep for hot line stations such as fryer, griddle, char broiler, oven, and banquet production.
  10. Ensure sanitation procedures are followed at the end of each shift, including cleaning stations and line areas.
  11. Follow standards for cooking and presenting all food items from your station.
  12. Assist in procurement, delivery, storage, and usage of food items, including putting away deliveries.
  13. Support Chef/Sous Chef in preparing and serving cold foods at banquets and clubhouse functions as needed.
