Cafe Zupas in Minnesota is hiring a Team Member for daytime and evening shifts. This role offers a clear career path with six raises in the first year and no Sundays, early mornings, or late nights, making it ideal for reliable, customer-focused team players.

You’ll prepare house-made dishes, ring up orders, and build real connections with guests in a fast-paced, friendly setting. The program includes a robust training path, flexible scheduling, and opportunities to grow into leadership roles.
