Description

Job Title: PM Store Stocker

Reports To: Store Manager, Lead Stocker

Job Summary: As a PM Store Stocker at The Golden Hog, you will play a key role in ensuring that our store remains well-stocked, organized, and visually appealing for our customers. This position focuses on evening operations and supports a seamless shopping experience by maintaining product availability, rotating stock for freshness, and upholding a clean, safe, and welcoming sales floor. Evening Shift (typically 1:00 PM – 9:00 PM).

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Stock and replenish shelves, following proper rotation and product display standards.
  • Monitor product levels and assist with inventory counts.
  • Ensure all products are clean, properly labeled, and ready for sale.
  • Help maintain the cleanliness and organization of the sales floor and backstock areas.
  • Identify and report any product issues, shortages, or damages.
  • Always follow safety guidelines and company procedures.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive and productive work environment.

Qualifications

  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred, but not mandatory.
  • Previous retail or stocking experience preferred but not required.
  • Ability to work efficiently and independently, with attention to detail.
  • Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
  • Comfortable lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
  • Willingness to support other tasks as needed based on store needs.
  • Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs.
  • Availability to work weekends, holidays, and varied shifts as needed

Schedule

  • Your standard work schedule will be five days per week, with two days off scheduled based on operational needs.
  • Flexibility is required, as you may be asked to work on holidays or additional days to support special events.
