Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Dispense and verify medications accurately for SNF patients during PM shift hours.
• Perform drug utilization reviews (DUR) and ensure compliance with long‑term care pharmacy regulations.
• Process and verify new medication orders, refills, and stat orders in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with nursing facility staff and healthcare providers to resolve medication‑related issues.
• Monitor for drug interactions, contraindications, and therapeutic duplications.
• Supervise and guide pharmacy technicians during shift operations.
