Pacific Coast Post Acute in Salinas, CA is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for a full-time PM shift. Provide quality nursing care, administer medications, monitor residents, document care, and collaborate with physicians and families. Active California RN license and CPR/BLS required; strong communication and clinical skills are essential.
New grads welcome. Competitive pay $50–$52 per hour DOE with comprehensive benefits including medical, dental & vision, PTO & holidays, and growth
Qualifications
- Active California RN License is required.
- Current CPR/BLS Certification.
- Strong communication and clinical skills are essential.
- Nursing experience is preferred but not required.
Responsibilities
- Provide quality nursing care and resident support.
- Administer medications and treatments.
- Monitor resident conditions and document care.
- Collaborate with physicians, families, and care teams.
- Supervise and support nursing staff during your shift.
