Job summary

Caribou Coffee is hiring a Team Member for the Delaware, Ohio location. This PM shift role runs 12:00pm–8:30pm with 2–3 shifts weekly in a 364-day operation. Availability on holidays is required, and the team earns tips on top of base pay. A free drink on every shift and a free food item after 8 hours are provided.

Greet guests, train across cashier/barista/food service, and support store operations to meet team goals while delivering excellent customer service.

CARIBOU COFFEE - TEAM MEMBER - Delaware, Ohio

Now Hiring for a PM shift leader available between the hours of 12:00p-8:30p.

We are a 364 day operation so availability on holidays is required.

Average Weekly Hours - 12-20 depending on business needs / 2-3 shifts per week

Range - $15-16 PLUS $3-$8 per hour in tips depending on business.
