Job summary

Caribou Coffee – Delaware, Ohio is hiring a Part-Time Team Member for shifts 5:00a–1:00p. Typical schedules range from 10–16 hours per week with weekend availability required. This is a 364-day operation, so holiday availability is expected.

Pay ranges from $12–$13 per hour base, plus $3–$7 per hour in tips depending on business. Benefits include a free drink on every shift and a free food item after 8 hours worked.

• No experience required – restaurant, retail, or customer service background is a plus.
