Job summary

Atrium Hospitality LP is seeking a dependable kitchen assistant in Richardson, TX to support sanitation, dishwashing, and kitchen prep. You’ll help maintain clean workspaces and assist event teams as needed.

Training is provided if you lack experience; a Food Safety Certificate is preferred, with up to 90 days to complete. This full-time role requires physical stamina and a flexible schedule including mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• No experience? We’ll train the right candidate.
• Food Safety Certificate or willingness to complete training within 90 days.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand, bend, or squat for long periods.
• A team player with a strong work ethic and attention to detail.
• Flexibility to work mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize all kitchen equipment, prep areas, walk-ins, and storage spaces.
• Wash and store dishes, pots, pans, glasses, and utensils in designated areas.
• Manage trash and recycling, including cleaning bins and maintaining the dock area.
• Support kitchen and event teams with setup, breakdown, and occasional dish-up assistance.
• Help ensure consistent sanitation standards across all food and beverage workspaces.
