Qualifications

  • Passion for hospitality, food, and beverage.
  • Possess or develop strong knowledge of wine varietals, regions, vintages, and service protocols.
  • Ability to remain calm, poised, and professional under pressure.
  • Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Maintain a polished appearance and adhere to uniform and grooming standards.
  • Uphold cleanliness, organization, and sanitation standards in all service areas.

Responsibilities

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Coury Hospitality Server provides an exceptional, personalized dining experience by delivering elevated, refined, attentive, and knowledgeable service. This role requires professionalism, refined service skills, strong product knowledge, and a deep understanding of fine cuisine, wine, and service standards to ensure every guest interaction exceeds expectations.
