Job summary

Hyatt Regency Frisco is hiring a part-time PM Server at Copper & Steel Lounge. You will take food and beverage orders, provide menu recommendations, and deliver warm, attentive service to our guests in a vibrant hotel setting.

Open availability is required, including 4PM–12AM shifts, weekends and holidays. Previous server experience is preferred, and a passion for hospitality will help you thrive at Hyatt.

Qualifications

• Must have a true desire to satisfy guests in a fast-paced setting.
• Excellent verbal communication and friendly demeanor.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift light weights.
• Previous customer service experience required.
• Open availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Summary

Hyatt Regency Frisco is ideally located just 25 minutes north of Dallas and features 303 guest rooms and 27,500 square feet of flexible meeting and event space. This modern 18-story hotel is situated in the heart of Frisco at Stonebriar Centre, just steps from Riders Field, Toyota Stadium, Frisco Discovery Center, and an array of shopping, dining, and entertainment destinations.

Restaurant Servers play a key role in creating memorable dining experiences for our guests. In this position, you will take food and beverage orders, provide menu recommendations, and deliver exceptional service with a warm and engaging approach. Successful candidates will develop a strong knowledge of our menu offerings and confidently guide guests through their dining experience.

• Assisting with restaurant setup and preparation
• Maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards throughout the restaurant
