Job summary

Miraval Arizona Resort and Spa in Tucson, AZ, seeks a PM Server Assistant to join our food and beverage team. This fast-paced, full-time role supports servers, ensures guest satisfaction, and requires excellent communication and physical stamina.

SUMMARY

The Server Assistant is responsible primarily for assisting the food server in serving the guests. This person must have good communication skills as well as the ability to lift, pull, and push moderate weight. This is a fast-paced position with continual customer contact.

Qualifications

A true desire to serve others in a fast-paced environment.

Refined verbal communication skills.

Must be available to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays.

• Ability to stand for long periods of time and be mobile for 90% or more of each shift.

Must be able to lift and carry a moderate amount of weight.
