At the heart of the program is the Associate Development Plan, which will be created in conjunction with LHG’s leadership and designated training team, to outline a training path that will ensure excellence in future managerial roles. Candidates will develop strong operational or sales management skills through a combination of formal and on-site training within the Landmark Hotel Group family of hotels.
