Job summary

Sundance Mountain Resort is seeking a PM Houseperson to maintain resort premises in a clean, orderly condition and assist guests with requests using Sundance vehicles. Must be willing to work outdoors or indoors and handle daily duties during the afternoon-evening window.

Responsibilities include delivering amenities, stocking supplies, ensuring turnovers by 3:00 PM, and coordinating with Housekeeping Management for assignments.

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping experience is preferred.
• Knowledge of carpet shampoo and window washing is a plus.
• Valid U.S. drivers' license in good standing.
• Must be 19 years of age or older.
• Regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and occasionally more than 100 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Check in and out keys and radios from the safety office.
• Check in and out Sundance vehicle to carry out daily duties.
• Check in daily by 2:00 PM with Housekeeping Management to receive assignments.
• Stock wood and clean fireplaces during winter.
• Deliver amenities to checkouts and ensure turnovers by 3:00 PM.
• Keep closets stocked with linen and paper products.
• Maintain cleanliness of housekeeping closets.
• Fulfill guest requests within fifteen minutes or report if longer.
• Communicate professionally with guests and maintain a clean appearance.
• Empty trash and recycling daily and dispose properly.
• Follow no-idling policy and support recycling education.
• Share Sundance's land preservation and environmental commitment.
• Keep radio on to communicate with supervisors and room attendants.

Summary

Maintains resort premises in clean and orderly manner according to hotel standards. Attends to guests' requests in a timely manner, transporting housekeeping materials for delivery or removal using a Sundance vehicle.

• Responsible for checking in and out keys and radios from the safety office.
• Check in and out Sundance vehicle to carry out daily duties ensuring cleanliness and follow Sundance safety vehicle guidelines.
• Check in daily by 2:00 PM with Housekeeping Management to receive assignments.
• Stocking wood and cleaning fireplaces as needed (during the winter months).
• Deliver amenities to all checkouts and ensure turnovers are done by 3:00 PM.
• Keep housekeeping storage closets stocked with linen and paper products.
• Maintaining housekeeping closets cleanliness.
