Corewell Health Ludington Hospital is seeking a PM&R physician with an interventional pain fellowship to join the lakeshore spine care team. EMG proficiency is required; anesthesia‑pain trained physicians are not eligible. Michigan license and DEA are needed upon hire.

This four‑day workweek role offers on‑site PT and radiology, Botox procedures, and a strong referral base on the hospital campus in Ludington.

Qualifications

• MD/DO with PM&R residency (BC/BE).
• Interventional Pain fellowship (BC/BE).
• Michigan Medical License & DEA upon hire.
