Job summary

Curative is seeking a physician for an outpatient interventional pain management assignment in a Spine and extremity focused clinic. The role offers a single procedural clinic day per week with hours from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and a long-term commitment, without on-call duties.

The ideal candidate must be an MD or DO, Board Certified in PM&R, hold an active Ohio medical license, and possess ACLS/BLS and DEA credentials. Lodging and mileage reimbursement are provided.

Qualifications

• Must hold an MD or DO medical degree.
• Board certification in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation is required.
• Active Ohio medical license required; ACLS, BLS, and DEA required.

Responsibilities

• Provide interventional pain management in an outpatient setting.
• Maintain a predictable schedule with one procedural clinic day per week.
• No call responsibilities; long-term assignment.
