Job summary

Credence in Aberdeen Proving Grounds, MD seeks an Acquisition Management Specialist to support the Army PM PNT SETA program. The role directs lifecycle development, fielding, and sustainment of PNT and multi-domain sensor platforms, ensuring cyber, EW, and intelligence architectures are rapidly acquired and updated to counter threats.

Ideal candidates hold an active TS/SCI clearance, DoD acquisition experience, and MS Office proficiency.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Bachelor's degree with 10+ years DoD acquisition exp, or Master’s 8+ years (or military equivalent with 15+ years).
• Back-to-Basics PM Certification preferred, aligned with AR 70-1.
• Deep understanding of AI/ML pipelines and DoD 5000-series directives.

Responsibilities

• Strategically align EW and ISR programs using the Defense Acquisition System.
• Apply acquisition processes, including SWP, supporting rapid prototyping and software agility.
• Ensure program activities align with ASA(ALT) mandates and PM PNT policies.
• Develop and review PM PNT products including schedules, budgets, analyses, and briefs.
• Prepare for and document PM PNT meetings and reviews as required.
