This luxurious boutique hotel features 18 guest rooms blending historic charm with modern decor and amenities, along with a fine dining restaurant and wine bar.

We are seeking a PM Pastry Cook to work in our Fine Dining Restaurant.

Requirements

You own this if you have…

• Previous cooking experience in a Food & Beverage or Fine Dining Restaurant, preferably with knowledge of sequence of service (experience with Relais & Châteaux or Forbes 4 or 5 Star properties is a plus)
• Knowledge of the local area is advantageous
