Job summary

ABM Industries is actively seeking a reliable Janitorial Cleaner to perform a variety of cleaning duties across assigned facilities in Dallas, TX. This role helps maintain a clean, safe, and orderly environment for employees, clients, and visitors.

You will sweep, mop, vacuum, sanitize restrooms, empty trash, clean windows, and assist with setup for events while following safety procedures and company protocols. Prior cleaning experience is a plus, high school diploma preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous janitorial/custodial cleaning experience is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Familiarity with cleaning chemicals and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and polishing floors.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms, replenish supplies, and maintain hygiene standards.
• Empty trash and recycling in accordance with company policies.
• Clean windows, mirrors, and other glass surfaces.
• Maintain and store cleaning equipment and supplies properly.
• Report maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor.
• Assist with setup and cleanup for meetings, events, or special projects.
• Follow safety procedures and company sanitation protocols.
